Basic Understanding of Serum 2 in Logic Pro

Ok so I am new to Logic, Logix?, and Serum so what I did was all based off ChatGPT. I have the full download of the library moved successfully to an external SSD. Using a 14in Macbook Pro, the chip is Apple M2 Pro, running Sequen-whatever 15.6.1 (24G90). Logic opens and appears to operate perfectly fine. I see a large library, I hope its the full library. GPT had me go to settings>plug-in manager> and look for serum, I did see that it was in the list under manufactures along with Apple, and another Plugin I downloaded, ie I see Xfer Records Serums manufacturer and everything in there looks dandy. I did a rescan and it returned no results, which I took to mean that there's a problem, or it's perfect. This question may come down to my naivety. On the left hand side in library (well is the left for me I suppose you could rearrange your screen), I don't see a specific Serum 2 plugins area defined. Is that normal, is that just how they do it? Like, under sythntheziers do I just have way more options now then before I ran the installer. FYI installer was run on external SSD where the library is.

I finally saw serem 2 show up yesterday by deleting and reinstalling stuff a bunch but I still don't know how to definatively get the window open. And why cant I move my sound library to an SSD that had sound files on it already? Perhaps I have all the Logic sound files on it and I'm trying to move a new installation out there and it's complaining. But most of all bothering me rn is how to arm two track to record at the came time!? So frustrating. If it recognizes my M4 why cant I just arm an audio and guitar track simultaneously without messing with the settings? Please help someone...
