Strange experience with apple support- Account is invalid or not supported
So some days ago when i tried to login into one of my apple account,i received the message that this account has been locked due to security reason and i must unlock it before i can sign in,when i tried to unlock i was greeted with a message prompt saying the account is invalid or not supported.
i was very confused so i dialed apple support and handled the issue to a senior advisor who assured me she would handle the case like its her own case,i sent her the video of the problem i was facing and she initially said that the account has been terminated due to violation of tos but said she would help me to gain access to it,so after a week of her investigation she said she cannot do much and she is unable to locate my account,and kept saying “maybe you are using wrong email” but i explained that if email was wrong then i wouldn't be able to sign in iCloud with my id and pass ,she didnt answered to it,i was very frustrated that after a whole week ,she isn't even sure about the email address and she told me she would handle the case like her own case.i tried to reason with her but to no avail.so after that i stopped using my iPad and was angry that apple terminated the account without any reason and thought apple isn't reliable if it just gonna terminate any account without any reason and cancelled my iPhone 17 order.after a month i found that i was missing a number in the email i was try to login with and it was some bug or glitch which let me sign in iCloud with incorrect email and my password. I just don't get why the senior advisor just didn't tell me that i m using wrong email instead of using suggestive tone ,when clearly it was iCloud bug which confused me in first place. I know that senior advisor knew my correct email cause it was linked with my mobile number but even after knowing she just couldn't say that the email is wrong.The whole thing made me very paranoid.
