How to display Apple TV+ original titles in their original language on macOS Tahoe?

I'm in the trial period for the TV app on MacOS Tahoe. My system language is French, but I want to see the movies/shows titles in their original language.

I already set the TV app settings - playback menu to English

I also set the System settings - General - Language and Region - Apps so that the TV app is in English.

The shows/movies play in English, but the artwork and descriptions remain in French.

And yes, I restarted the app and the computer ... several times.
