How to enable Liquid Glass on all areas of MacOS?

I am very new to Mac OS, therefore I am not sure if this is a rookie mistake. But I have Liquid Glass in some places but not in everything, how can I have Liquid Glass everywhere?

What you're seeing is normal. Some aspects of the UI, like the control center in your second screenshot, are transparent. Others, like the drop-down Wi-Fi menu, obey the theme setting in System Settings > Appearance (light vs. dark) so if you set that to dark (or auto, and if it's night) the background will be dark instead of light. Still slightly transparent, but not nearly transparent like the control center.
