Original Title: Trying to download an app on my AppleTV 4K, but it says go to itunes store and click on purchase history to solve the problem... its not really working

Possibly there is something that needs to be fixed about your account, before you get access to the App Store.

What happens when you go to your Purchase History? Does that trigger a notification on how to proceed?
