iCloud account flagged as 'theif,' preventing access to devices and services

About two years ago, little more than that I bought a Apple Computer through Amazon deals today and had it for less than a year before it turned off randomly while I was using it (they had plenty of battery) and when I turned it back on, it would not except my password to sign in. I spoke with Apple support. They tried to help me sign in through my iCloud account using my phone reset the password, but it wouldn’t work. I went into the store. They escalated it to corporate and corporate told me they would not be letting me onto the computer stolen stolen the computer. I had not stolen the computer. This was very frustrating! I doubt not to ever purchase another Apple product again.

Now two years later, my nine-year-old wants to communicate with your friends after school and they all use Apple tablets messaging. This is service that can’t transfer to any other platforms besides Apple so I dug up and old Apple tablet I used for a business. I ran over five years ago and attempted to get set up with messaging on that tablet.

As her parent, I had to create her account her child’s account through my adult iCloud account on the iPhone that I have three years. iMessage would not work except or send messages. I spent on the phone with Apple support. They couldn’t figure out what was going wrong. They put me on hold to escalate the situation when they came back said it connected to your phone, I said yes, and they hung up on me

My daughter has been so excited to be able to talk to her friends, and of course was devastated when I told her I could not get the iPad set up for her. I really don’t want to purchase any more products from Apple seeing as they have stolen two products from me now and I don’t want to give them anymore of my money. How can I solve this problem so my daughter can have the ability to communicate with her friends after school?
