AirPods Max connectivity issue

I got in may and all the way till August everything was good till it did not connect immediately a day I wanted to use it, had to reset it for it to work and after that day it started to happen a lot. Sometimes it connects immediately, sometimes it does not and now recently it will connect and disconnect multiple times in a span of like 3-5 minutes
