Apple TV Video goes black and resets randomly since upgrading to Tahoe

Every since we have upgraded our Apple TV to tvOS Tahoe, our Apple TV has had many issues with video resetting, going black and then resuming randomly while watching content.

I have since turned off the “match content” in the video settings and turned on Dolby Vision - which seemed to resolve the issue for a couple of weeks. Now it’s back!

The previous tvOS had no issues at all! It simply worked! Now it is randomly refreshing and resetting the video while streaming content, when normally it would negotiate the video settings at the beginning of the stream.

Is the video stream being reset somehow by buffering and therefore causing it to have to re-negotiate the proper Dolby Vision settings?

If that is the case, maybe it is our ISP causing it? Makes me think about the days of “no net neutrality” causing streaming issues.
