Enhanced Dialogue On Apple TV4K 3rd Generation

Being hearing impaired I rely on the enhanced dialogue feature on my AppleTV. This feature turns off when using 3rd party apps even from Apple TV+ where the apps are directly accessible. This happens on Netflix, Paramount Plus, Crave TV, Disney+ and You Tube. Is there a fix for this?
