Search showing age inappropriate torture films to 11 year old despite age restrictions
My 11 year old boy has a profile on Apple TV and his account is marked with his age an appropriate content and app restrictions.
Yesterday we were sat with him and he tried to search for a BBC childrens show called "Dodger" using Apple TV voice search, but Apple TV heard it as "torture" and showed age inappropriate content including film names and cover art. To a child!!!
This was absolutely mind blowing. WHY have children's profiles but allow this?
I've tried everything I can but it looks like this is impossible for me to fix. Am I missing something?
This is of serious concern to me.
