My airpods pro1 box button is not working.

I have had a sound problem right airpod so I gave to service. It was working but it had a bad sound quality. Service said me it usage fault ( drop to floor etc) I said okay, its possible.. I ve taken it from service. But after service I cant pair it with any device since the box button is not working. Service says me its out of quarentee and the device had no problem at previous service control. Now I have airpods which cant be paired with my any device. It is seen by iphone, ask to be paired but box button doesnt response. Its full charged and all reset steps were tried. But no solution. Apx 10 days ago I was using it with all device. After service it is gone.
