I can't play explicit podcasts.

I am on IOS 26 but no matter what I try to play them on, (tried 2 different browsers and my phone), I can't play any explicit podcasts whatsoever. I don't even have content and privacy restrictions on but when I turned it on, it said it allowed me to play explicit podcasts. Tried it, didnt work. Toggled it off and restarted my phone and then toggled it again? Still didn't work. Im really frustrated.

Edit: I got it to work but only when I turn my VPN on for whatever reason. I'm not sure why. Im in a state and country that allows explicit content.
