My MacBook Air m1 built in keyboard isn’t working properly

So I turned on Mac today after few weeks. The keyboard doesn’t work properly: I can’t type properly without keys typing random words or sign, the cursor constantly goes up and down when I try to force quit the app or try to go the options at top bar, and when I open an app, it constantly chimes. I did restart, thinking that it’s a software glitch but it didn’t solve the issues. I tried to shut down the Mac but it restarted and now I even can’t shut it down. And because of it, I can’t even go to the settings to update my Mac. Can you all suggest what could be the cause and the solutions for this?
