Apple Intelligence stuck in downloading for a day

Initially the Apple Intelligence upgrade download was stuck on preparing for 10+ hours. I fixed the issue by resetting all of my settings using the reset function and was able to toggle Apple Intelligence on. However now it has been stuck downloading for the entire day so far with no features working on my phone as of yet. Hoping for a fix that will allow the features to begin to function soon.

Tried changing the region from Germany to US and then to UK still Stuck Apple advisors have no idea how to fix this
