Signing Out Due to Restrictions:
A. Is this a Used Device?

B. Is this a Company-Owned Device?
If so, talk the the Network Administrator or whoever it is that manages the sign outs.
C. Try Manually Restarting your iPhone:
- Go To: Settings
- Select: General
- Scroll to: the Very Bottom
- Select: Shut Down
- Slide Finger: to the Right
- Wait: 30 Seconds
- Power One: the iPhone
- Try this Once More
D. Trun Off Screentime:
- Go Here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- As it Reads: "To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, go to Settings > Screen Time and tap your child's name. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode."
