home hub not responding DELAY
Hi there. I have two Apple TVs in my house, and I had no issues accessing HomeKit both inside and outside my home before last month.
Last month, my son changed the password to our iPad, which is the Apple ID used for both of my Apple TVs. It took me about two to three weeks to realize that my Apple TVs weren’t logged in under the Apple ID (I was on vacation at the time).
Once I logged back in both Apple TVs, My HomeKit now displays the “Home Hub not responding” message for about 15 seconds to a minute before they finally connect and all my devices become visible. This issue occurs on my iPad and Iphone, whether I’m at home or outside the home network.
I did a hard reset on one of the Apple TV's and logged back in which made no difference.
Any Suggestions?
