Open playlist in new window since Tahoe upgrade

Since upgrading to Tahoe it now appears that the Open Playlist in New Window feature within Apple Music (a very useful feature for organizing and creating new lists) no longer works. At least not for me. Anybody else having the problem? Anybody with a fix or is just a bug with the new OS? Thanks.
