ChatGPT Plus Subscription via iOS Not Activating – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription back in September and it renewed in October through iOS, and although the subscription is active and paid, my app and the website continue to show the Free plan.


I’ve contacted Apple for a refund, but my requests were denied, and senior support advisors were unhelpful stating only policies.


Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it? Any guidance on how to get the Plus features activated would be appreciated.
