Gesture issue AirPods Pro 3

I just got new AirPods Pro3.

I have the current issue.

When using music play gestures, by clicking once the music stops, but by clicking again it doesn’t restart. Instead the volume is reset.

There is no way to configure media gesture as far as I see: it should be the default as per Apple guidance: once stop, again restart.

This is correctly working on my AirPods Pro1.
