Airpod 3rd could able to reset or connected?

Hi All,

I could not able connect my Airpod A2564 to my laptop Macbook Air or Iphone.

I tried hard reset steps but there was no amber light flashing after 15 seconds press. Also, the light started green and flash back and turned again green after 15 seconds later.

How can I get my Airpods back? Thank you
