Apple Card wallet balance is Incorrect

The Apple Card balance showing in my phone wallet is $25 more than the correct balance. A call to Goldman Sachs confirms that my numbers are correct and that the Apple wallet is indeed off by $25. Goldman Sachs says this is Apple's problem, not theirs. They transferred me to Apple tech support, but the call was disconnected before I could talk to anyone. I did not bother to call back because this seems like a software bug and my bet is trying to talk to someone on the phone would not be that helpful.

I removed the card from the wallet, did a hard reset of the phone and added the card back, but the error persists. Is there any way to force the wallet app to recalculate the balance or is this actually a Goldman Sachs issue even though they say it is not.

Is there anything I can do other than make a mental adjustment every time I look at the balance?

It’s a Goldman Sachs issue. This is one of the areas where an actual written dispute will work better because of the technical nature of the issue. Just write a brief letter about the issue and it should be resolved in 30 days or less.
