Title: Project Alternatives Making All Audio Samples Go Out of Sync in Logic Pro X

Since I started using Project Alternatives in Logic Pro X every time I switch to a new alternative my Splice audio samples go out of sync with the project tempo even though my main project is locked at 140 BPM. In the original project everything sounds fine but in the alternatives the loops drift and do not follow the beat. I already checked tempo settings, enabled Follow Tempo and Pitch, turned on Flex Time, and confirmed Smart Tempo is set to Keep Project Tempo but nothing works. This only happens in Alternatives which makes me think Logic is not carrying over the tempo map or region settings properly. I also recently installed Rogue Amoeba SoundSource which might have affected my audio driver or sample rate but I am not sure if it is related. I want to know if this is a known bug with Project Alternatives or if there is a safe way to use them without breaking sample sync especially with Splice audio loops.

✅ Steps Already Tried

1. Checked global project tempo (confirmed 140 BPM).

How to soev it..
