iPad Pro won't shut down after locked math test in school

My ipad pro in school I took a math test with a browser that was locked and after I got out of the test my iPad doesn’t let me use my controls center and wont let me power off the device and I tried powering it off with the power buttons and going into settings and still wont shut down.

My iPad Pro in school I took a test and it was a locked browser and after the test the iPad still thinks it is in the test and blocked my control center and my ability to turn off the iPad.
