Cannot make payment to apple card

Every since upgrading to IOS 26, I have 2 issues. I cannot make a payment to my apple credit card and I cannot add money to my apple savings account.

I can add the amount to both spots, but for the payment, I click on "pay" and the screen kinda flashes and does nothing. The double click button does not pop up or ask me to confirm.

When I try to add money to my savings, it allows me to enter the amount, and then I get a shaded light blue "continue" and then click add on the top right, same thing, the screen at the top blinks anything happens. It never asks me to double click on the right button to confirm. I turned this feature off and it still does nothing.

Ive rebooted the phone 5 + times so far

Ive removed the Apple card and added it back

Neither worked.
