Doctor’s office I visited once is listed as an address in home

My lights no longer shut off when I leave the house, so I was checking that automation in Home and noticed that for whatever reason a doctors office that I visited one time nine months ago is listed as a location along with my home. The only other place I could find that address in my phone was for an appointment; I deleted the appointment however the address remains in the home app. How do I get rid of this? I don’t want it to be listed anywhere. I don’t want anything to do with this doctors office, it was terrible, she had the bedside manner of a rabid hyena, and I have only ever left the office one time after the sole appointment. I’ve deleted all of the emails from the office, cleared Maps locations, cleared significant locations, cleared locations I’ve been to or whatever it’s called.

For the location setting to work you need to do this in settings on the device you used to set up homepod , if this is an iPhone or iPad go into Settings Your Name (at the top) scroll down to Find My and copy these settings in the image I’ve attached. *Note: HomeKit will be tracking your phone leaving the house, so on an iPhone you want it to say this device (iPhone). If it says an iPad or other, there will be a blue link there to click on to change to iPhone/this device
