Switching off 'Ask to Buy' on child's profile without access to parent's account

Is there any possible way to switch off ask to buy setting on child’s profile without me having access to mine? My phone recently broke, so have put my SIM card into daughters phone (moved hers into older phone) but I am not able to download apps as ask to buy is turned on (it is still her Apple account on phone as once I get mine fixed, she will get it back)
