IPadOS26 Poster View Artwork for Downloaded Home Videos

So I upgraded to iPadOS and iOS26 and now of my downloaded videos do not show the title anymore and the artwork is now a poster view which I hate. Ive attached screencaps of it before and after the update. How can I return the Downloaded Home Videos to a landscape view or at least get the titles to show because I have no idea what video is what now.

Please tell me theres a fix for this coming soon because I cannot navigate and figure out what video is what. I did this for the kids to make it easier to find their favorite videos but this new update to the TV app are horrible for home videos

Yeah, I can’t believe no one replied to this. I just updated my Apple TV and this is what happened. Words can’t express how mad and upset I am because of this. I have so many things uploaded that I’ve edited (whether it’s a movie or tv show from the “get info” option). I added the artwork to EVERYTHING. My library looked amazing! And then they go and ruin it by forcing portrait poster artwork on us. There should be an option to toggle it back to the other way. Apple needs to update this asap.

I also don’t like how the titles of everything doesn’t show up underneath each thing. The other format was perfect. Why go back to something they got rid of years ago? I remember it used to be like this on my old Apple TV. Then when the 4k one released, I believe that’s when they changed it to the wide posters. Apple took a step back in my opinion and I hope they implement a way to change it back if we want. I don’t want to have to find portrait poster artwork for everything I have again.
