The iPhone 16e loses connection with the hearing aid

I bought the iPhone 16e specifically to conveniently use my hearing aids. Android doesn't offer these features for my hearing aid (Oticon Jet2 miniRITE). I connected my hearing aid to the phone without any problems, installed the Oticon Companion app, and can answer calls, listen to music, and watch YouTube. But recently I noticed a problem: when I'm walking and listening to music or YouTube with the phone in my pocket, the connection periodically drops, sometimes for a few seconds, and the sound quality deteriorates. But holding the phone in my hand eliminates the problem. To be more specific, if the phone is close to my body (in my jeans pocket, jacket pocket, or if I hold it against my leg), the connection with the hearing aid drops sharply. The strangest thing is that this only happens outdoors, when I'm walking, it doesn't happen at home. I think some signals on Bluetooth BLE frequencies are much stronger than the weak signal from the hearing aid, and that's the problem. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? The phone is brand new, I've been using it for a few days.

I am not sure what is happening to you, but I can share some similar experiences. Mine is an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I also have high-end Hearing Aids, ReSound Linx Quatro.

iPhone to Hearing aids:

I find that with the phone in my pants pocket, I occasionally get one or both ears dropping out and sound breaking up as I am walking [cellular streamed content] or working around the house [Wi-Fi streamed content]. I have to move the phone to my shirt pocket or my hand for solid results in both cases.

When talking on the Phone, I am using the iPhone microphone, so the iPhone is always in my hand. I have no problems with that.

TV Streamer to Hearing Aids:

If I am listening to the TV streamer next to the TV set, that signal is picked up directly by my Hearing Aids without compromise into the next room and upstairs before extreme distance finally forces the signal to fall away. Although the iPhone is aware that I am streaming, the Hearing Aids are paired with the TV streamer directly, not through the Phone. Perhaps that source is not Bluetooth Low Energy.
