MacOS Tahoe iTunes store is in wrong language
I am signed into three Apple devices with the same Apple account. The iPhone and iPad have the correct language (English) in the iTunes store, but the Mac is in what might be Chinese. I found the (Chinese?) menu item in my Mac settings (in Apple Account > Media & Purchases > Manage) to change the country, but it claims it can't, because "You have one or more Apple TV subscriptions which must be canceled before you can change your country or region." Well, no, I actually don't, since my other devices are all in English and I haven't subscribed to anything overseas. I have restarted the computer and restarted iTunes to no avail. Help? Thank you!
