iOS 26 Liquid Glass notifications too dark for accessibility

The new IOS update looks nice but it’s not friendly for me AT ALL. Having the options for notifications and texts to be in the Liquid Glass or basically dark mode is crazy and I am seriously struggling to read them and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Turning the transparency off just makes it too dark I need help
