Am I the only one that had my airpods pro2 get worse ANC overnight?

when I first got the airpods pro2 it cancelled almost all the sound! and now it's significant worse? Is this just me? and does anyone really got some prof that they reduce the ANC? My feeling is that there have been 2 updates that got them worse, lates one here is crazy?? or is it me that is crazy?

OBS. I tried cleaning them.

BTW. Im a student and use them a lot to cancel out people.
