How to disable 'Hide My Email' prompt for email authentication code after paying for iCloud+?

Before I paid for iCloud+, I was able to use autofill for my username, password, and email authentication code with ease and I found it to be really quick and useful. After paying for iCloud+ because I wanted to make an iCloud Family, it gave kept prompting me to set up "Hide My Email" instead of autofilling the email authentication code. How can I disable the "Hide My Email" prompt in favor of using autofill instead?

1. I've tried to set up "Hide My Email" and deactivate it (Did Not Work)
2. I'm not interested in using "Hide My Email"
3. I'm kind of annoyed that after paying for a premium, I'm more inconvenienced.
