Music Audio issues after Tahoe update

I'll admit this is an odd one. Since the Tahoe update I am having an issue with music purchased from the Apple Store. Additionally, the issue only manifests when playing through my HomePod Minis. If I play through internal speakers, or other speakers, then there's no issue. So to be specific, Apple Music Store purchased songs playing through my HomePods from my Tahoe desktop. When I try playing the song it will drop the audio every few seconds.

This does not happen with songs played from Music that were uploaded from CD. Additionally, when I play the same music through the same speakers from my iPad, then there are no issues, so it seems to be Apple Music Purchased songs when played from my desktop running Tahoe.

I've cleared caches, installed the new update to the OS and to the HomePods, rebooted multiple times, etc.

It almost seems like a buffering issue, but that doesn't feel right, as it doesn't happen with non-Music Store songs. I'm out of ideas and hopefully others might have ideas, or fixed this on their systems.
