airpods fully charged, case at 1%, £230 airpods useless? Refuse to connect to iPhone.

what is going on? Even Microsoft get things right by version 3.

Seems this is a problem that has existed for what is now 3 generations.

this stuff costs way too much to not work properly.

Right now, thinking of returning the AirPods, iPhone and watch.

Is this really how they work?
