AirPod problems after downloading iOS 26

After downloading iOS 26 on my 12 pro max, my AirPod pro 1 start to crackle after about 2 mins until I pause for at least a min then replay and then it repeats the issue. AirPods work perfect on other Apple products. I have reset, forgotten and all the other settings to adjust and whatnot.
