AirPods 2pro voice quality issue

I've been using AirPods Pro 2 for a couple of days but my friends and family people started complaining they cannot hear me well especially first part of every sentence. Sound is low and muffled in all apps and phone calls . Background noises come in front of my own voice also.

Reset did not help. I tried to record voice memo and count from one to ten and most of the times I could clearly hear numbers starting from 4 but in about 1 out of 6-7 recordings everything was perfect. Tried with left and right mic separately and auto - same result so looks like a software issue.

I also noticed that changing between noise cancelation/transparency/off modes is not noticeable at all - I hear chimes but nothing is happening.

Is there a way of fixing it?
