One AirPod Pro not working

Recently when i wanted to use my airpods i took them out of the case like usual and when i went to use them only the right one played sound. I put them both back in the case and reset them - didn’t work. Reset them again and again and it still didn’t work. It shows that the left one is charging, even when out of the case. They also don’t update to the newest firmware even though they should be able to receive the newest one.

I‘ve tried everything stated in the page about this by apple.

Maybe something else i can try?
