MacBook Pro 2025 Assessibility is locked. How to unlock?

Color of my screen is very intense. How to adjust it back to normal or natural?

What do you mean by locked? Are you looking in System Settings > Accessibility, or System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility? The first one is where you adjust contrast (in the Display section). Is there a padlock icon at the lower left? If so, you need an administrator password to open the preference pane. If that is locked...are you an admin on your Mac? If not, have the admin change the setting.

Is this your personal machine or managed by some profiile/MDM or some such?

Have you shut down and restarted to compare your results..(?)

How anout a Safeboot to sort anomalies...(?)

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test.
