Windows 11, Apple Music app, reconcile media folder

I'm having issues with orphaned (broken song links) in my Apple Music app. Originally used iTunes and migrated to Apple Music and Apple Devices. I believe there is a break between my Media Folder for Apple Music and the app itself.

I want a way to reconcile this.

I'm running Windows 11. Not averse to doing some programming to compare the two components.
