No access to my Apple Podcasts Connect account

No access to my Apple Podcasts Connect account

Two years ago I used to run a podcast, so I had created an Apple Podcasts Connect account. I stopped using it (because I stopped the podcast as well) but yesterday I tried to log in again because I wanted to connect my new show. But I cannot access Apple Podcasts Connect with my Apple ID. The dashboard never loads, it only stays on the loading screen. My Apple ID is valid and has a payment method.

I tried everything and I still can't access my account. A friend of (a developer) dug a little bit and he found that I haven't accepted the Terms and Conditions for that page. So, how do I do it if I can log in??

This sort of problem has bedevilled many people. Robert Walch previously posted this advice:

What you need to do is accept the second set of terms of service - and

to do that - you need to download a free app on an iOS or iPad device or

on Computer listen to a free song on Apple Music - using your new Apple

ID - when you do that action - it will ask you to accept another set of

T's and C's - once you accept those - then you should be able to

properly log in.

If this fails I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: Sign In - Apple , though if you haven't been able to complete the submission you may not be able to access them: in which case the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support

Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support. Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support.
