Can anyone tell me what this blue circle is in Safari?
Since upgrading to MacOS 26, I am occasionally seeing this in the Safari toolbar. It shows up occasionally and then disappears.

It looks like it means the icon has the focus (if you to press the Space key, the sidebar would open.) Press the tab key to confirm the circle moves to the next icon/control.
