error message on screen once logged

error comes up in a box on the screen when I try to watch a series, it starts for a brief moment then the error sign comes up and says try again, I try again and the same thing happens again, I have tried 3 night in a row now, not happy. My laptop is c onnectesd securely to my internet. Help please
