Apple Podcasts Connect not loading on multiple devices

I've been trying to engage with Apple Podcasts Connect for over 24 hours, but when I log in nothing loads - in both Safari and Chrome I just get a box saying:


'ITC.Provider.PCC.Landing.Alt.Title'


I've tried clearing cache/cookies, obviously tried different browsers, tried different Apple IDs but nothing works


I'm running a brand new 2025 Macbook Air with M4 chip, 16GB RAM, using Sequoia 15.6.1


I've also tried on my iphone 16 using Safari I get a white box with a spinning grey circle.


Nothing comes up when searching online, ChatGPT and Gemini don't have a clue what's happening other than it's on Apple's side and suggest I submit a ticket through the contact form - but this won't load for the same reason!! Infuriating!


Please help! I have a podcast that's meant to be launching this week but can't claim it due to this issue

Friends I've done it - and think the following is the solution; either that or it's just started working...


Whilst on the call to Consumer Support they suggested I log in using the Apple ID which isn't working on Podcasts Connect on my browser to Apple Music.


I accepted the terms & conditions and added a payment card to this account.


I think this is what allowed me to use Podcast Connect successfully.


(although 2FA stopped working so I had to call support for that and wait for 24 hours for that to reset so who knows, perhaps the PC website is back to normal anyway...)


If you're still struggling, try the above. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when the login page for PC opened properly!
