Current AirPods Pro can be used as hearing aids, and have other features including noise cancellation. This may be part of the (planned?) configuration you are referring to here.

If you’re sharing an iPhone or an Apple Account or both, that tends to cause (many) issues, but having multiple paired Bluetooth devices works fine, same as paired Bluetooth audio devices and a USB-C to 3.5mm audio dongle, though only one audio output can be selected at a time.

if you wear standard hearing aids, your ear canals are already too busy to accept earbuds at the same time.

Please explain what you want to accomplish.
