iOS 26 now I have to go to all tabs to toggle between tabs. Go back to the way it was prior to iOS 26 with tabs on the bottom of the page. I’ve had to switch to Chrome. Any solution to use Safari?

Sure, open Settings and go to Apps > Safari, scroll down to Tabs and change it to 'Bottom'.
Additionally, you can still toggle between tabs by sliding left or right on the address bar:
