Error when setting up Apple Podcast Connect. Shows "ITC.Provider.PCC.Landing.Standard.Title"

All week, I have been trying to get a client set up in Apple Podcast connect, and I get this weird screen. It happened on my client's side, and on mine, so it's not specific to a browser or computer. How can this get resolved? It's been up there since Tuesday.

Customer Support also told me they have no line of communication to the Podcast team, but they told me to fill out this form, which is accessible without logging in. Click on the "report a concern" hyperlink which takes you to the form.

Friends I've done it - and think the following is the solution.


Whilst on the call to Consumer Support they suggested I log in using the Apple ID which isn't working on Podcasts Connect on my browser to Apple Music.


I accepted the terms & conditions and added a payment card to this account.


I think this is what allowed me to use Podcast Connect successfully.


(although 2FA stopped working so I had to call support for that and wait for 24 hours for that to reset so who knows, perhaps the PC website is back to normal anyway...)


If you're still struggling, try the above. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when the login page for PC opened properly!

Same issue here. I contacted customer support whose main advice was to update my OS and if that didn't work, to report the issue here, which I did:

It doesn't matter where I try to log in: Mac mini, mac laptop, PC, or iphone: same issue everywhere.

I asked someone else to try to log in to Apple Podcast Connect on their Mac mini and they got the same issue.


I updated to Tahoe 26 and get the same message. I am hoping someone finds a fix or that support reaches out with a solution.

Same error here. Customer support was very unhelpful and told me that there is no support for podcast creators except for the page that none of us can access. I have a valid account, payment method, and have updated terms of use on all devices (no prompts anywhere to access new TOU). I'm at a loss. It doesn't matter what device or browswer. Everything is the same. I hope Apple figures this out quickly because I'm at a loss!

Since last school year we have been trying to set up our podcast. Each attempt is a new adventure. Over 13 months, and the team at Apple can't figure out their own product. Hahaha, they might need to grab a drink at the "Genius Bar."


I have little to no confidence in this being corrected, as per the over a year ago this was an issue, and it somehow remains intact as a blocker to get a simple task done. All while the client waits, and thinks we just don't know what we are doing. Hard to do our job, when the system is not working, and has nobody supporting it. This is a multi-billion dollar company, ladies and gentlemen, with no support. Can't make this stuff up. The bigger the company, the lower the quality of support, somehow.


What a huge disappointment.
