Siri Search isn't working. Says for me to "change my settings"

iPhone SE running IOS 18.7 I ask Siri to search and the popup window says for me to "change my settings on my device".

Under Settings>Search, Search engine is Google.

Under Settings>Siri>Talk to Siri, I have selected the proper announcement

Under Settings>Siri>Siri Responses>Prefer Spoken Responses, Show Siri Captions and Always Show Request

Under Settings>Apps>Safari>Siri, all the buttons are on

Under Settings>Apps>Safari>Search, all the buttons are on

Can anyone suggest another route to take?
