Airpods Pro 3 volume low on teams but ok other apps

When AirPods Pro 3 is connected to computer, the sound toggle on computer is up, the physical airpods sound toggle is up, but when I take a teams call I can barely hear the other person.

Interestingly enough, inside teams when you move the volume toggle under speaker option IN TEAMS it does nothing. The person doesn’t get louder or quieter.

When exiting the call, you can hear the sound for the call closing out (ding) and it goes from quiet to normal sound volume again.

Other apps work, and windows sounds work. Just teams it does not.

Ive tried the mmsys.cpl > communication > do nothing option and it does not work either.

Please help otherwise I need to use my old AirPods Pro 1.

Edit: I have repaired and still an issue but volume slider is now working in teams. The test call sound feels like it’s about 50% volume, but when I select laptop speakers it’s really loud with computer volume set to 100%. Definitely an issue
