Wallet and Apple Pay Settings won't display in System Settings

Anyone else experiencing this issue on their Mac in the System Preferences -> Wallet & Apple Pay? Mine have been bug for a while since 15.0. I thought that MacOS 26 will fix it but still doesn't show. Any fixes? or any ideas? I can still use Apple Pay on my Mac without any issues but I can get to the settings section for some reason.

What did Apple Support say when you contacted them? If you haven’t contacted Apple Support please do so and hopefully the pros can resolve the issue.
