iCloud setup taking so long on my new MacBook Pro

I purchased a MacBook Pro and am trying to connect my iCloud to it. It’s been over three hours now and the screen still says “Setting Up Account”. The back and continue buttons are greyed out. The little circle just keeps going around and round…

Does anyone know how long this should take? This feels like it should have been finished by now.
